What We Offer

We offer a wide range of styles and aesthetics to reflect your dream wedding florals. Specialised bespoke florals are a custom tailored service between our Event Florist and the client to achieve outstanding arrangements and installations. Mayfield Floral Co offers Hunter Valley wedding delivery and set up for events starting at $3000. Newcastle based weddings requiring a set up can be arranged and elopement/small weddings that do not require on site installs are encouraged to be picked up from our studio from Monday to Friday.

Booking Process

​

Get in touch with as much info you can provide (date, location, budget, colours, style and inspiration photos) and request our Price Guide via the form above or contact form on our main home page. Phone or in person consultations are opened for explanation of finer details in context of your own special day and custom quotes are then composed. Once you are happy with the quote, we require a 25% booking fee to lock in your date, with the remainder due a month from the wedding. During the lead up, we have open lines of communication with you to refine the designs and make sure we are prepared for your wedding day.
