DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Pricing ranges from $12-25 per delivery and is automatically added when you input the shipping address on the checkout.

 

We deliver Monday to Friday all over Newcastle, Northern Lake Macquarie and some parts of lower Port Stephens and the lower Hunter. The map below is a general guide of some of the most common delivery suburbs. If you're unsure about an area, give us a call on 49609506.

If you place an order out of our delivery zone or in an area that is close to our limit and we are unable to fit it in that day, then we may contact a florist in our network that is close to the recipient and get them to do it on our behalf.

We deliver to hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, churches and businesses, as well as residential addresses.

Same day delivery cut off is midday.

 

If you would like to place a same day order after midday, please give us a call to check if we can fit it in. If you place a web order after midday (and sometimes close to midday if we are experiencing a lot of orders coming through), there's no guarantee we will be able to delivery it that same day. Ordering the day before or earlier is your best bet for making sure the delivery goes on the correct day.

 

There are times (such as Valentine's and Mother's Day and also when we have weddings on) when we reach order capacity much earlier than midday and even days in advance. We prioritise date specific orders such as birthdays, anniversaries etc, and orders for thank you, thinking of you and sympathy may go out the next day if we are unable to fit them in for that day. We will do our best to contact the customer but at times when it's very busy, we are not always able to. If it is important to go out on the day requested, please add this on your order, call or email us and communicate this so we know what needs to be accommodated.

We offer free store pickup also, make sure you select that option in the cart and you won't get charged a delivery fee. It will still ask you to input a shipping address but once you click continue you can select the free option.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery is charged per delivery address, per customer, at the time of ordering. Please place separate orders for multiple delivery addresses. If you order multiple arrangements within one transaction with multiple different delivery addresses, the delivery amount will be minused from the second and subsequent arrangement's value based on their location. If no-one is at the address to take the delivery, if safe to do so, we will leave the flowers at the door and take a photograph. If you don't want us to do so, you must let us know when you order. If we are unable to get in to the property due to fencing/gates, locked apartment blocks with no codes provided, boom gates, aggressive dogs etc, incorrect or other insufficient information provided, we require the customer and recipient's phone number and will try to call them. If still unsuccessful, we will bring the flowers back to the shop. Once we get in contact with the customer, if redelivery is required, a new delivery fee is required to be paid, or you can arrange for yourself or recipient to pick up from the shop. Specific delivery times cannot be requested, but if you have any requests (for example they leave work by 2pm or it needs to be there in time for a funeral service) please call us to find out if it is possible and arrange it.
