Important: Lockdown Ordering Information
This overrides some of the information below.
During lockdown, our shopfront is closed to walk ins but we are doing non-contact deliveries to residential addresses and pre-arranged store pick up at the door - Monday to Friday only.
We get a lot more orders than usual during lockdowns so the earlier you order the better, as we may not be able to guarantee same day delivery, even if it is before our usual 12pm cut off.
Payment must be done in advance over the phone. You cannot come to the door and buy flowers that were not pre-ordered. The wait time for pick ups varies depending on how busy we are at the time but is minimum a few hours. Any ordered the morning of will be ready later that afternoon (we will try calling to let you know it's ready). Any ordered prior to the day of pick up can be ready for pick up from around midday (again, we will call).
We cannot accommodate requested specific delivery times. Deliveries will be between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday. If you need something to arrive earlier than afternoon, then we suggest you order for delivery to be done on the day before. Deliveries are organised in a way that the delivery driver is not driving back and forth between the shop and delivery regions too many times in a day, i.e. all of the Stockton-Fern Bay-Medowie orders get done in the one delivery run.
Ensure you give us accurate and adequate delivery information otherwise we may not be able to deliver your flowers on the day you request. Please also provide us with the recipient's phone number. We are not physically entering any premises, including business and apartment buildings, to find the recipient, and redelivery fees apply if the first delivery attempt fails due to insufficient/incorrect information. Deliveries placed for locations far from the shop, out of our delivery zones below, will be passed on to our florist friends that are closer to fulfil.

We deliver Monday to Friday all over Newcastle, Northern Lake Macquarie and some parts of lower Port Stephens and the lower Hunter. Below is a general guide of some of the most common delivery suburbs, but it's not strictly limited to those. If you're unsure about an area, give us a call on 49609506.
We deliver to hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, churches and businesses, as well as residential addresses.
Same day delivery cut off is midday.
If you would like to place a same day order after midday, please give us a call to check if we can fit it in. If you place a web order after midday, there's no guarantee we will be able to delivery it that same day.
There are times (such as covid lockdowns when a lot more people than usual are ordering flowers, and occasions such as Valentine's and Mother's Day) when we reach order capacity earlier than midday. This is completely unpredictable for us and we are unable to place notifications on the website that this is the case. We prioritise date specific orders such as birthdays, anniversaries etc and orders for thank you, thinking of you and sympathy may go out the next day if we are unable to fit them in for that day. We will do our best to contact the customer but at times when it's very busy, we are not always able to. If it is important to go out on the day requested, please add this on your order, call or email us and communicate this so we know what needs to be accommodated.
Delivery Pricing ranges from $10-20 per delivery
GENERAL DELIVERY AREA
Delivery is charged per delivery address, per customer, at the time of ordering. Please place separate orders for multiple delivery addresses. If you order multiple arrangements within one transaction with multiple different delivery addresses, the delivery amount will be minused from the second and subsequent arrangement's value based on their location. If no-one is at the address to take the delivery, if safe to do so, we will leave the flowers at the door and take a photograph. If you don't want us to do so, you must let us know when you order. If we are unable to get in to the property due to fencing, locked apartment blocks with no codes provided, aggressive dogs etc, incorrect or other insufficient information provided, we require the customer and recipient's phone number and will try to call. If still unsuccessful, we will bring the flowers back to the shop. Once we get in contact with the customer, if redelivery is required, a new delivery fee is required to be paid, or you can arrange for a pick up from the shop. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but if you have any requests (such as they leave work by 2pm for example or to be there in time for a funeral service) please call us to arrange.
