Specialised bespoke florals are a custom tailored service between our Event Florist and the client to achieve outstanding arrangements and installations. Mayfield Floral Co offers Hunter Valley and Newcastle based delivery and set up alongside the option for pick up from our studio within business hours. We pride ourselves in providing beautiful blooms for a diverse range of event sizes, styles and budgets.

Our next steps are to arrange a phone or in-person consultation to chat through the finer details and bring your vision to life. Once you’re happy with the quote, a 30% booking fee secures your date, 60% 3 months out and then the remaining 10% 4 weeks before your date.
In the lead-up to your special day, we’ll keep in close contact to refine the designs and make sure every detail is perfectly prepared for your celebration.

We recommend getting in touch at least 6–9 months before your date to secure availability. That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines.
Yes, our minimum for full-service weddings is $2,500. For smaller weddings and elopements, we also offer à la carte packages.
